Our Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are non-returnable, including perishable items, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software, and some health and personal care items.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use, are damaged, missing parts (for reasons not due to our error), or are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@lushbrush.com.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at hello@lushbrush.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns; shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
